Theme: Food Culture of Chanoyu: Tea, Confections, and Kaiseki Cuisine 茶の湯の食文化:茶、和菓子、懐石/会席料理 This 5th annual conference on the way of Japanese Tea Ceremony explores the culinary arts of Japan from a variety of cultural, scientific, historical, and aesthetic perspectives.
